Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has made another request to be transferred to the penal colony, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
"Today Yulia Tymoshenko again wrote to the chief doctor and the head of the prison asking that she be transferred to the prison, because it’s impossible to undergo treatment under the current conditions," lawyer Oleksandr Plakhotnyuk said today.
The lawyer said that continued disregard for Yulia Tymoshenko request to stop treatment and return her to the prison can be considered forced detention in a hospital.
"The penitentiary service has to return Yulia Tymoshenko to the Kachanivska prison," the lawyer added.
The request comes following the appearance on the internet of videos of Yulia Tymoshenko made with hidden surveillance cameras inside the Kharkiv hospital.
