Observers from the Executive Committee of the CIS positively estimate preparation for the parliamentary election in Ukraine.

Chairman of the Observation Mission from the Executive Committee of the CIS, first deputy chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Vladimir Garkun said this during the meeting with chairman of the Central Electoral Commission Volodymyr Shapoval, the Mass Media Department of the Secretariat of the CEC disclosed to UNIAN.

According to his words, the electoral commissions are fully staffed, districts are completely ready, in particular, there is sufficient number of methodological literature.
