“The deep analysis of the current situation allows anybody to draw conclusion that Socialists acted adequately with the conditions, when they formed a coalition with the Party of Regions and Communists in 2006. We did not have any choice”, SPU leader Oleksander Moroz claimed in an interview to “Gazeta Po-Ukrayinski”.
“Look at the current situation – it is almost similar to that of the last year. The Presidential team again imitates its devotion to a “democratic coalition”. That time, Oleksander Moroz and socialists became guilty with frustrating the formation of this coalition. Now they do not have such an argument. But the problem remained. The readiness, the need, and the results of voting confirm expediency of forming a coalition between Party of Regions and Our Ukraine, as well as it was last year. We’ll see who will be appointed as traitor this time”, Moroz is cited as saying by the SPU press-service.
“I repeat you once again: we were betrayed for several times, none provision of agreements, sign ed with us, was ever fulfilled. These were tough lessons of collaboration with other political forces. But we did not complain, did not look for those guilty, and did not lie”, stressed the socialist front-runner.
