The Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian opposition does not recognize the results of elections until opposition candidates receive their stolen mandates back.
It is said in the statement of the Batkivshchyna All- Ukrainian opposition, which was given to UNIAN.
In particular, it is noted that on November 5, 2012 the Central Electoral Commission made a decision that it can not establish results of elections in 5 problem districts: № 94, 132, 194, 197, 223. The CEC addressed the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a proposition to carry out reelections in these majoritarian districts.
According to persuasion of authors of the statement, “this decision was made contrary to expression of popular will, who decided on their political sympathies and voted for oppositional candidates with considerable advantage. The protocols with wet seals on each district, parallel and public count of votes indicate this.
However, the Batkivshchyna noted that “the power did not put up with such choice of citizens and victory of opposition…”.
Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian opposition “does not recognize such anti-national and illegal decision of the CEC adopted to please the power. We urgently appeal against it in court and we will not recognize the election results as long as all the opposition candidates will not receive their stolen parliamentary mandates. "
