Having processed 100% of protocols District Electoral Committee № 223 announced self-nominated candidate Victor Pylypyshyn as a winner in this district.
According to data publicized at the web site of the CEC he took the lead over his competitor Yuriy Levchenko on 442 votes, Ukrainka Pravda reports.
As it is known, the day before V. Pylypyshyn submitted an application with a request to stop recount of votes.
Earlier, during the recount of votes it appeared that paper ballots for Levchenko have been marred and recognized invalid, in this way Pylypyshyn he took the lead over his competitor.
Tonight the commission accepted an application of V. Pylypyshyn and counted only packages with documents, having not counted the paper ballot in the rest districts.
