Blast took place near Committee for State Security in Vitebsk

A blasting of homemade pyrotechnical device took place near the Committee for State Security (KGB) in the Vitebsk Oblast in Belarus at 18.48 pm, on November 11.

Chief of Information and PR Center of the KGB of Belarus Aleksandr Antonovich disclosed to an UNIAN correspondent, that two windows were damaged in the result of the blast.

The criminal case was instituted in accordance with article 339 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (hooliganism).

“In result of the investigatory actions and on the basis of testimonies of witnesses three people were detained”, - said A.  Antonovich.

An operative investigatory group is working at the place of accident.
