Court on case of UESU is carried over for November 23

Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv carried out a consideration of the criminal case against the “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” for November 23.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, judge Konstyantyn Sadovskyi carried over a hearing of the case for November 23, 2012 because of absence of the accused ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko is the courtroom.

Adherents of Yu. Tymoshenko met this decision of the court with exclamations “Shame!” and “Freedom to Yulia!”.
