Opposition reserves the right for actions, methods and means of the parliamentary and out parliamentary struggle.
The Batkivshchyna All-Ukraine Union, the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union and the UDAR of Vitaliy Klitschko political party reserve the right for actions, methods and means of the parliamentary and out parliamentary struggle, including early termination of authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
It is said in the statement on joint actions of the oppositional forces, given to UNIAN by the Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union.
The Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union, the Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union and the UDAR of Vitaliy Klitschko political party state that the parliamentary elections on October 28, 2012 did not meet the international standards, in particular the standards of the OSCE and PACE, elections were not democratic, fair and transparent. “Announced results of elections do not reflect real expression of will of Ukrainians either concerning candidate to post of lawmakers on lists of the political parties or concerning candidate in single-seat electoral districts”, - said the representatives of the party.
Opposition representatives believes that the Central Electoral Commission made illegal decision concerning impossibility to establish results of elections in 94th, 132nd, 194th and 223rd single-seat electoral districts.
The Batkivshchyna, Svoboda and UDAR once again demand from the CEC to realize its legal authority and to establish real results of the elections in those districts, where originals of protocols indicated victory of oppositional candidates. Otherwise, opposition will express no-confidence to the CEC members, who dissociated themselves from fulfilling their constitutional obligations, opposition will demand to change the staff of the commission.
