Nobody to rewrite new CPC - Oliynyk

According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmaker from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Oliynyk said this during a round table in Kyiv today, answering question of journalists whether the new Criminal Procedural Code contradicts the law on state service.

According to the words of V. Oliynyk there are no disagreements between these documents.

Moreover, V. Oliynyk noted that at sitting of the committee, which dealt with the new CPC, representatives of the law-enforcement bodies expressed readiness to apply new Criminal Procedural Code.

Also V. Oliynyk added that the state should improve financing of the law enforcement bodies.
