New Criminal Procedural Code comes into force today

The new Criminal Procedural Code comes into force today.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on May 14 President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych signed the Criminal Procedural Code and also the Law № 4652-VI “On introducing amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine because of adoption of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine”.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the Criminal Procedural Code on the night of April 13.
