Sentence to Lutsenko on illegal shadowing came into legal force today – prosecutor

After announcement of decision of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv, which left without changes the sentence on case concerning organization of illegal shadowing for driver of former first deputy of the SBU Volodymyr Satsyuk-Valentyn Davydenko, the punishment to ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko came into legal force.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, representative of the state prosecution Dmytro Loban said this in an interview to journalists after an end of the sitting of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv.

“The decision of Pechersk Court came into legal force. Somebody may like it, somebody may not like it, however the court decisions should be fulfilled”, - said the prosecutor.
