President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is about to pay official visits to United Arab Emirates and State of Qatar on November 25-28.
The press service of the President of Ukraine with reference to adviser of the President - Head of the Main Office for International Affairs of Presidential Administration Andriy Honcharuk disclosed this to UNIAN.
During the visit to UAE V. Yanukovych will hold meetings with President sheikh of United Arab Emirates Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and also Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
It is planned that in Qatar there will be negotiations with Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister of the State of Qatar Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani.
The sides will pay special attention to urgent issues of the Ukrainian-Emirate and Ukrainian- Quatari cooperation, primarily in trade-economic, scientific and technical, and investment areas.
In Abu Dhabi the President of Ukraine is about to take part in work of the Ukrainian-Emirate business forum, and in Doha the President of Ukraine is about to visit the presentation of Ukrainian “National projects” within a framework of “road-show” organized by State Invest Project. Carrying out of these events will promote development of contacts among business circles of Ukraine, UAE and Qatar, establishment and realization of joint mutually beneficial business projects.
As a result of the visits it is planned to sign a range of the bilateral documents, in particular on giving a mutual legal assistance and cooperation in aircraft area with UAE, and also liberalization of visa regime with the State of Qatar.
