Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Friday he expected the country's gross domestic product (GDP) to rise 3 percent in 2013, according to Xinhua.

"We expect that the next year will be promising," Azarov told journalists here.

Ukraine was highly sensitive to international economic activity, Azarov said, adding GDP growth would depend on the internal market environment.
