Accused on case of O. Makar got sentence in Mykolaiv

Mykolaiv Court announced a sentence to three accused in rape and murder of O. Makar today.

Yevgeniy Krasnoshchok was sentenced to life imprisonment

According to an UNIAN correspondent, in accordance with decision of Central district court of Mykolaiv, Yevgeniy Krasnoshchok was sentenced to life imprisonment, Maksym Prysyazhnyuk got 15 years of imprisonment and Artem Pogosyan got 14 years of imprisonment.

The sentence meets the demands of Mykolaiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office as accuser.

When journalists asked the accused whether they believe that the sentence is fair, Y. Krasnoshchok shook his head, M. Prysyazhnyuk said “No”, and A. Pogosyan said nothing.
