President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych signed decree “On resignation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers” today.
According to the document, the text of which is posted at the official web site of the head of the state, “being guided by an article 115 of Constitution of Ukraine and in accordance with an item 9 of the 1st part of the 106th article of Constitution of Ukraine I decree: to accept resignation of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, which leads to resignation of all staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. To accept the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”.
By this decree the President of Ukraine instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to continue fulfilling its powers till beginning of work of newly formed Cabinet of Ministers.
This Decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
