Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv continues hearing of the criminal case concerning violations of activity of “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge of Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv Konstyantyn Sadovskyi opened a court session.
The accused ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko was not delivered to the courtroom. Defenders of the ex Prime Minister, her daughter Yevgenia Tymoshenko and lawmaker Andriy Kozhemyakin are also absent in the courtroom.
At the same time some lawmakers of Ukraine from the Batkivshchyna faction, in particular, Serhiy Pashynskyi and Arsen Avakov came to the court hearing.
The courtroom is overcrowded with adherents of Yu. Tymoshenko. People are holding posters with pictures of Yulia Tymoshenko.
Defenders Serhiy Vlasenko and Oleksandr Plakhotnyuk appear to defend the accused at the court session.
