Yulia Tymoshenko’s back pain has worsened and she needs to resume rehabilitation therapy, Dr. Annette Reischauer of Berlin's Charite clinic has said, according to an Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
"Rehabilitation needs to be resumed because the patient can’t walk without a walker. Moreover, her back pain has increased. Whether or not the patient can be sent to court wasn’t an issue we discussed with members of the commission," Dr. Reischauer said.
According to the German doctor, the doctors managed to help Yulia Tymoshenko overcome the effects of her hunger strike. "The most important thing right now is that rehabilitation take place without any disturbances, without any interference. Our recommendations to avoid stressful situations and maintain a peaceful setting are still valid," the doctor said.
As reported, Yulia Tymoshenko was unable to participate in today’s court hearing because she is undergoing treatment in Kharkiv’s Central Clinical Hospital № 5.
