Prime Minister of Ukraine believes that inhabitants of the cities should remove snow near their houses by themselves.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the Prime Minister expressed this opinion, delivering a lecture in the Bogomolets National Medical University of Ukraine.

“Who should deal with that in order to clean their entrances? Fire engines or low-power technical equipment? We have 40 centimetres of snow every day. It is a two-month rate of precipitation. Is it possible to clean all this for one day? No, of course, it is not. How many technical equipment and people we should involve in order to remove such a huge layer of snow from the city for one day. It is simply impossible till everybody understands that instead of whimpering it is necessary to take spade, to come to an entrance, to clear road, to ask a neighbor to take away his car until it turns out into an insuperable obstacle”, - said M. Azarov.
