Personal voting in parliament is possible – Rybak

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak believes that a personal voting in the parliament is possible.

He said this in an interview to “Kommersant-Ukraina” (№213 (1703) from December 25, 2012).

“A roll-call vote is possible. It is wrong when one person votes for ten persons. In half a year we will see how the lawmakers will vote” – V. Rybak said.
