Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, who undergoes a medical treatment in Ukrzaliznytsya Central Hospital in Kharkiv, began an action of civil disobedience: she refused to cooperate with investigators, return to her ward and she stops a course of medical treatment.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, it is said in an open letter of the former Prime Minister to President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych. Defender of Yu. Tymoshenko, lawmaker S. Vlasenko read this letter at press conference in Kharkiv today.

In her letter Yu. Tymoshenko notes usurpation of power by V. Yanukovych and carrying out of political repressions in Ukraine.

“As of today I announce my personal action of civil disobedience. As of today it is my single right, which I can use”, - it is said in the letter.

From today Yu. Tymoshenko refuses to recognize prosecutors and investigators who, according to her opinion, are biased and prejudiced.

She noted that from today she refuses to communicate with the investigators, refuses to give explanations and answer their questions.

Yu. Tymoshenko also noted that from now on she refuses to come to court hearings voluntarily.

She underlined that she is ready to offer physical resistance to attempts of forced delivery to the court.

Yu. Tymoshenko also noted that from today she will not allow carrying out of examination and search in her clothes.

Moreover, Yu. Tymoshenko noted that she refuses to return to her ward in Ukrzalizhnytsya Central Hospital, until cameras of video surveillance will be removed and police escort will be withdrawn.

According to S. Vlasenko, Yu. Tymoshenko is in a office for dates with the defenders now. According to his data, these premises are tapped. S. Vlasenko said that Yu. Tymoshenko stops medical treatment from today.
