VR could not dismiss Arbuzov from post of NBU chairman

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine could not dismiss Serhiy Arbuzov from the post of the chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, only 217 out of 393 lawmakers supported this decision.

In particular, only 179 lawmakers from the Party of Regions, 30 lawmakers from the CPU and 8 out factional lawmakers voted for this decision.

The Batkivshchyna, Svoboda and UDAR factions did not vote for this decision at all.
