“A fairy tale of children's dreams” festival of talented children and youth starts in February in Kyiv.
The press service of KCSA disclosed to UNIAN that a huge artistic social event dedicated to children’s creativity, will be carried out on occasion of declaration of year 2013 as Year of children’s creativity.
It is planned that a review of children’s creativity in such nomination as artistic, musical and theater act, choreography, vocal and other categories will be carried out within a framework of the festival during four months.
A jury, formed by organization committees of the district state administrations, will define winners and will recommend the best numbers for participation in gala-concert.
A goal of the event is to cover a wide range of directions, where children’s creativity is revealed. A gala-concert will take place early in summer in “Ukraine” National art palace.
