Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko submitted again a written application that she will not take part in the court hearing on the case of the UESU.
The press service of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine disclosed this to UNIAN.
In particular, it is said in the reports that convict Yu. Tymoshenko was acquainted under personal signature with summons to Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv for participation in the court hearing on January 18.

“However, the convict submitted again a written application that she will not take part in the court hearing”, the State penitentiary service of Ukraine noted.
