The Batkivshchyna United opposition urgently informs ambassadors of the foreign states, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and international human rights organizations about cruel and systematic violations of human rights towards Y. Lutsenko.
It is said in the statement of the Batkivshchyna United Opposition, which was passed to UNIAN.
It is notes that “today, without a completion of rehabilitation course after an operation, in a grave condition, with an open bleeding, jailers transported Yuri Lutsenko under guard by force on instruction of the Administration of the President. Such a prompt transportation of Y. Lutsenko from the medical institution can be explained by a fear before a true about a real state of health of opposition representative and by an attempt of his physical annihilation. As during a thorough postsurgical medical examination of Y. Lutsenko the doctors found three open ulcers and began to prepare him for the second operation. All these facts just divest a long lie of the State penitentiary service about allegedly satisfactory state of health of Y. Lutsenko.”
It is also said in the statement that the Batkivshchyna United Opposition urgently informs ambassadors of the foreign state, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and international human rights organizations about cruel and systematic violations of the human rights in the case of Y. Lutsenko, and action of the State penitentiary service will a subject of special consideration at extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
