Ukraine is considering new regulations for online stores, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Thursday, according to Xinhua.

The government is planning to establish a special tax for online retailers, Azarov said at a cabinet meeting.

Online stores would also have to register their real address in order to enable customers to return goods of poor quality.

According to local economists' estimates, the total volume the Ukraine online business market reached over 1 billion U.S dollars last year and is expected to continue growing in 2013.
