Observers from the European Parliament Pat Cox and Aleksander Kwaśniewski arrived in Menska penal colony to meet with ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko.
Press secretary of the People’s Self Defense Larysa Sargan said this on her page on Facebook.
“Due to weather conditions P. Cox and A. Kwaśniewski arrived in the penal colony by cars. The road is snowed up and not clear. Representatives of the mission of the European Parliament entered the penal colony at 11.30 am”, - wrote the press secretary.
