Yanukovych leaves for Poland on two-day working visit today

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will pay a working visit to Poland (Wisła) on invitation of President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski on February 20-21, 2013.

According to the press service of the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian-Polish talks at the highest level and also a trilateral meeting of V. Yanukovych with President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski and President of Slovakia Ivan Gasparovic will take place within a framework of the visit.

During the talks they will pay attention to a topic concerning European integration of Ukraine, in particular, a preparation for the Summit Ukraine-EU and a conclusion of Agreement on association with the European Union.

An agenda also includes a stirring up of the cooperation in regional formats in Central-Eastern Europe, in particular, participation of Ukraine in joint measures of the countries of the “Visegrád Four”.

Moreover, it is planned to discuss a topic of transboundary interaction, deepening of trade-economic cooperation and cooperation in energy and transport areas, development of cultural-humanitarians relations.
