The news conference of President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has started in the Ukrainian House in Kyiv.
The press service of the President disclosed to UNIAN that 396 journalists, 259 out of them – representatives of central and foreign mass media have got an accreditation at the news conference.
Representatives of “Stop censorship!” public movement are also present in the hall, where the news conference is taking place.
Representatives of the central mass media as well as foreign and regional mass media representatives can ask questions.
Today’s news conference is the first news conference of the head of the state since 2012. In summer 2012 V. Yanukovych could not carry out the news conference because of mass protests against an adoption of law on the basis of the language policy.
