Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has not been transferred under guard from Ukrzaliznytsya hospital in Kharkiv and now she is undergoing medical treatments.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of Kachanivska penal colony Ihor Kolpashchikov said this at press conference.
According to his words, on March 4 Yu. Tymoshenko wrote an application with a request to ensure her participation in today’s court hearing on case concerning the UESU, and even a long-term appointment was carried over for that.
I. Kolpashchikov underlined that all measures for ensuring of participation of Yu. Tymoshenko in the court hearing were taken in the morning. However, ex Prime Minister did not give a definite answer concerning her transfer.
The head of the penal colony noted that it was offered to Yu. Tymoshenko to take part in court hearing on case of the UESU in a video conference format, however, she also did not give a definite answer for this offer.
