Address of President to parliament to be publicized this month – Rybak

An annual address of President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych  to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is being prepared and will be publicized this month.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak said this, answering questions of journalists.

Answering question whether the President comes over to the VRU to address personally to lawmakers or he sends his address in a written form, V. Rybak said that if lawmakers stop blocking a work of the parliament, V. Yanukovych will probably come to the plenary sitting.

“We should respect the President”, noted the Speaker.
