Serhiy Vlasenko, Yulia Tymoshenko’s defense counsel, today sent additional documents pertaining to the ex-premier’s case currently being reviewed by the European Court of Human Rights, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
"We added to Yulia Tymoshenko’s complaint evidence of political pressure not only on her, but also her defense, people through whom Yulia Tymoshenko communicates with the outside world – Hryhoriy Nemyria and Eugenia Tymoshenko. This supplement to the complaint was sent today to the European Court of Human Rights," Serhiy Vlasenko said.
On August 28, 2012 the European Court of Human Rights held a public hearing in the case Tymoshenko v. Ukraine after which it has continued its deliberations behind closed doors.
