Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak hopes that the parliament should start working the next week.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this during the meeting with employees of JSC Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloys Plant in Zaporizhzya.
He said that today’s situation can be explained that “it is a period of a new parliament”.
