Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak has announced a break in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine till 12.45 pm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, V. Rybak said this after the lawmakers had not supported the draft resolution on appointment of early elections of lawmakers of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City Chairman.
