President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Jean-Claude Mignon will pay an official visit to Ukraine on March 26-28.
The press service of the Council of Europe disclosed this to UNIAN.
Within a framework of this visit, on Tuesday, on March 26, Jean-Claude Mignon plans to meet with President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and Foreign Minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara.
On Wednesday, he plans to meet with Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak and leaders of the biggest factions of the parliament and chairmen of the key parliamentary committees.
Moreover, Jean-Claude Mignon is about to meet with daughter of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko Yevgenia Tymoshenko and wife of ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko Iryna Lutsenko.
