Ukraine and Hungary have all possibilities to interact efficiently for prevention of disastrous effects of spring floods.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this, discussing an issue of protection of population of our countries from possible spring floods with President of Hungary János Áder, the Information and Public Relations Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN.
“We are about to do our best to prevent tragedy and suffering from the spring floods, which we know had already taken place in our history”, - underlined János Áder.
He added that Ukraine and Hungary should interact in this direction.
In his turn Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that Ukrainian reservoir storages have been prepared for the spring high water, and in accordance with estimations, it enables to cope up with possible high water.
“We have a good experience of border cooperation and our services have all possibilities to interact efficiently in issue concerning prevention of disastrous effects of spring floods”, - said the head of the Ukrainian government.
