VR is about to consider issue on elections in Kyiv

Agenda of today’s plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stipulates consideration of issue on elections in Kyiv.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, it is planned to consider in the second reading the draft resolution “On appointment of regular elections of lawmakers of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City Chairman” at 12.30 pm.

On April 1 chairman of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said that his faction did not change its mind and they will vote for elections in Kyiv only after the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concerning this issue.
