Сourt dismisses cassation appeal on sentence to Lutsenko

The High specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases has left without changes the sentence to ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko on the case on official malfeasances. In this way ex Interior Minister will serve his sentence in Menska penal colony till the end of 4-year term, which expires in 2014.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge in the panel of judges Serhiy Slinko announced the corresponding final part of the resolution today.

In accordance with the decision, the court dismissed cassation appeal on the sentence to Y. Lutsenko.
