President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Jean-Claude Mignon hails the release of former Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko.

He called the Ukrainian power to find a quick solution of the case of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.
