High specialized court confirms second sentence of Lutsenko

The High specialized court on consideration of civil and criminal cases has confirmed the second sentence to ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, connected with investigation of the case on poisoning of candidate to post of President Victor Yushchenko.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the panel of judges of the High specialized court announced this decision today.

The resolution was announced in absence of Y. Lutsenko and his defender Iryna Lutsenko.
