The Party of Regions is carrying out official talks with Our Ukraine, and the coalition will be created by Tuesday. One of the Party of Regions’ leaders Yevhen Kushnariov disclosed this to journalists today.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he stressed that only the representatives of the highest level take part in the talks. Presently the sides have exchanged the basic documents and discussed conceptual approaches to creating the coalition.
“I hope that these talks will continue. I remain an optimist, I just do not see any other way out. If the orange coalition failed to form, we undertake together the responsibility for the Ukraine’s destiny, otherwise we’ll go to new elections”, Ye.Kushnariov said.
According to Ukrayinska Pravda, Ye.Kushnariov disclosed that on Wednesday evening the two sides conducted talks. The Party of Regions was represented by Raisa Bohatyriova and Mykola Azarov, and Our Ukraine – by Roman Bessmertny and Yuri Yekhanurov.
