At least five people were killed early Sunday when their bus drove off a highway in northern Belgium, local media reported, according to Xinhua.

Several others were seriously injured when the Polish-registered bus crashed on the E34 highway at about 6:30 a.m. (0430 GMT) near the city of Antwerp, said the reports.

Media reports said about 40 people, mainly teenagers coming from Russia or Ukraine, were in the bus.
