A meeting of ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko with leaders of the Monitoring mission of the European Parliament Aleksander Kwaśniewski and Pat Cox will take place on Monday, April 22.
The press service of the People’s Self Defense disclosed to UNIAN that the meeting will take place in the premises of the European Mission in Ukraine, at Volodymyrska Street, 101.
It is planned that after the meeting Y. Lutsenko will speak to journalists at 11.00 am near the building of the Mission.
UNIAN’s note. In May 2012 President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz and Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov agreed to create a special Monitoring mission of the European Parliament under the leadership of P. Cox and A. Kwaśniewski concerning monitoring of consideration of cases of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko. The Mission of the European Parliament has been working since June 2012.
