Court in Kharkiv on UESU case is carried over May 21

Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv carried over a hearing of the criminal case on violations in activity of the “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation on Tuesday, May 21, at 10.00 am.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge Konstyantyn Sadovskyi announced the correspondent decision, taking into consideration an absence of convict ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and her defender Yevgenia Tymoshenko in the court room.

During the court hearing representatives of the state prosecution offer to carry over the hearing due to the fact of absence of Yu. Tymoshenko.

At the same time defenders of the ex Prime Ministers said about necessity to consider earlier submitted petition concerning closing of the criminal case.
