Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Andriy Klyuev will pay a working visit to Brussels on April 23-24.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, acting director of Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevgeniy Perebiynis said this at press conference.

According to his words, the program of the visit stipulates the meeting of A. Klyuev with president of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle, European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht and specially authorized persons of the European Parliament Aleksander Kwaśniewski and Pat Cox.

Yevgeniy Perebiynis said that the sides plan to discuss urgent issues of cooperation of Ukraine and the European Union, in particular, perspectives of signing of Agreement on association between Ukraine and the EU in a context of interior political processes in Ukraine and a progress in fulfillment of the corresponding criteria, and perspectives of further cooperation of Ukraine with the mission of the European parliament with participation of Aleksander Kwaśniewski and Pat Cox.
