The European Court of Human Rights will announce its ruling in the case Tymoshenko v. Ukraine on April 30, according to the official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"The European Court of Human Rights will be delivering a Chamber judgment in the case of Tymoshenko v. Ukraine at a public hearing in Strasbourg on Tuesday 30 April 2013 at 10.30 am," the Court has announced.

The press release recalls that the case concerns complaints related to the detention of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in the trial involving gas deals signed with Russia.
