Foreign Minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara will pay a working visit to the USA on May 6-9.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, acting director of the Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevgeniy Perebiynis said this at press conference.
The program of stay in New York stipulates meeting of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, press conference in UN Security Council, where priorities of Ukraine in the OSCE will be presented.
L. Kozhara will hold meetings in the consulate general of Ukraine in New York with adopted Ukrainian children and their American families, and representatives of the Ukrainian and Jewish communities of the USA.
It is planned that L. Kozhara will meet with Secretary of State of the United States of America John Kerry in Washington on April 8.
