VRU did not support decision on consideration on June 20 amendments into Constitution on immunity of lawmakers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not support the draft resolution “On further work over the draft law on introducing amendments into Constitution of Ukraine concerning immunity”

According to an UNIAN correspondent, only 190 out of 401 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.

150 lawmakers from the Party of Regions, 30 lawmakers from the CPU, 8 out factional lawmakers, 1 lawmaker from the Batkivshchyna, 1 lawmaker from the UDAR and 1 lawmaker from the Svoboda voted for this decision.

This draft resolution stipulated to consider the draft law on June 20, 2013 in the session hall.
