President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych left the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine after the ceremony of taking an oath by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupitskyi and Oleksandr Litvinov.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and first Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov also left the parliament.
