Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak and leader of the Party of Regions Oleksandr Yefremov do not see necessity to hear leaders of the defence and law enforcement institutions concerning events of May 18 in Kyiv tomorrow in the parliament.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, they said this at sitting of the Conciliatory Council of the leaders of the factions and chairmen of the parliamentary committees.
O. Yefremov offered to put a question concerning events of May 18 during an Hour of questions to government on Friday.
In his turn, chairman of the Batkivshchyna faction Arseniy Yatsenyuk underlined that the Prosecutor General and the chairman of the SBU are not members of the government that is why it will be impossible to put questions to them within a framework of an Hour of Questions to the government.
