Ukraine should decide by itself how to keep GTS – Füle

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle believes that Ukraine should decide by itself how to keep the gas transport system.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he expressed this opinion at session of the Euronest PA  (EU – members of the Eastern partnership”) in Brussels.

“Speaking about the gas transport system, our offer is well known. An offer – to take part in trilateral or multilateral project for support and improvement of this system”, the commissioner said.

“It is for Ukraine to choose better way to preserve this system functional”, he added.
